Event Details

This course will cover tips and tricks to ensure you and your managers can navigate that fine line between over and under scheduling, rather than relying on gut and intuition that newer managers may not have. We will review variance analysis, labor reports, mobile apps, and sales forecasts to ensure each manager is scheduling appropriately. The course is aimed at managers who use eRestaurant frequently and are familiar with the program.
